My story
My name is Rahul Dheer, and I have been harvesting coffee beans on a small plot of land for most of my life together with my family, and I was almost able to buy a larger section of land to help sustain my family of 6.
My personal coffee crop of choice is arabica and I have always been a lover of high quality and lightly roasted coffee beans. Recently I began to pre-roast my own coffee beans as a way to further expand my selection and in the end to help bring in a bit more money to help my family.
But the recent outbreak of the coronavirus has devastated my ability to sustain myself and that is not even mentioning my family. My sales hit rock bottom when the global markets closed partially down and I may be looking at entering poverty. I will greatly appreciate it if you would kindly buy some of my coffee beans and help support me and my family.
Rahul's Farm - Arabica Coffee
Arabica coffee is grown 1000-2000 meters above sea level in southern India with nurture and care. Arabica coffee plants have a very deep root system making them able to obtain a lot of nourishment which gives the coffee beans an excellent taste often described as a full, mild, sweet and fruity flavor with hints of chocolate or berries. It has about 60% more lipids than robusta coffee beans. Lipids provide aroma and like the high concentration of sugar shows how good the quality of the coffee is. Arabica, having a larger amount of lipids and twice as much sugar as Robusta, is considered to be a great quality coffee.
